Default Upgrades?

Im into scalers(3500 dodge dually) and was wondering what is the best(in your mind) setup such as esc ,lipos, motor, and servo? st wanted to know some good brands nd where to find them at.

There's a thread called "Budget Brushless Experiment" in this section--toward the end of the first page, at the moment--that may be worth reading to you. Try Advanced Searching a bit for more threads; there should be a few, IIRC. "Brushless" is a good term to use. Be sure to check out the Micro Mod Bible, as well.

For the most part, though, the use of these kinds of upgrades (motor, ESC and Rx for the Micro Crawler) are experimental so far, as people are using equipment typically used in other kinds of micro vehicles.


I've yet to read anything exciting enough to motivate me to spend the money to change the stock motor and ESC, while also taking up a little more space with two separate devices (granted, there are some pretty tiny ESC's and Rx's).

FYI: the McRC on Lipo is a lovely thing!

try ebay i just typed in dually and i found a few they are all standard cabs though so i bought a 1500 standard cab and had my friend put them together so i would have a four door dually
