Dude that sucks first the front then the rear. Hope you get it up and running soon. Trust me when I say once you get the XR10 you will put the micro to the way side.

How do you ensure that you don't drop the lipo voltage too far? Is there a distinct drop in power? I don't run lipo without a LVC esc anymore on my faster RC's. I sure don't want to do it on something I'm running inside my house.

the mcrc has a lipo cutoff for 2 cell so no probs gets about 40 mins of runtime which is prob why im breakin stuff more often no issues with any electronics though the motor gets ridiculous hot but havent seen a loss in power from it yet

Are you absolutely sure about that? There was some debate about that when they first came out. People assumed the esc had a lipo cut-off because Losi offers a Lipo battery as a hop-up. The reason they can is because their Lipo has built-in circuitry to avoid over-discharge. Maybe I'm wrong. Show me where it says the esc has the LVC. I checked the both the Losi and Horizon websites, and they make no mention of this. I'm sure they would be touting a LVC if it had it. How do you know when it hits the cut-off? Not trying to step on your toes, but if I can use a different lipo for the micro that would be cool.

You are wrong. The video on youtube where Rich talks about the micro b4 it came out says the RX/ESC has a 2s 6v cutoff for lipos. Once you plug a 2slipo in on it the rx/esc knows it is running 7.4 volts therefore triggering the cutoff. It is hard to believe something so small would have a lipo cutoff and be a rx/esc, but it dose
