Default $5 scaler bodies for micros

So as I was at walmart I passed by the toys section and this rc was there for $5 I thought it would fit my micro. Sure enough it did and it already comes with a rack and the windows are removable. lmk what you guys think. I haven't had time to scale it up some more just threw the body on.

The TMC is designed to "not" use a body... Use the panel's that come w/it or make your own from scrap lexan.

I just use a peice of foam and wrapped it with tape. then I put velcro on both sides and put it on top of the esc then threw the body over it. Lol that was just to take it to work to show my buddies. Im not sure how im going to really mount it yet. I need a new spur gear before i go any further.

yeah its the best deal you can get. I think the rover body is the best. The others looked crappy like the mold they used was not smooth atleast the one at my local store.

Made my way to wally-world today, They did't have any other color except the grey one. Gonna make the wheel well's larger w/dremel & see how it go's? For $5.00 can't go wrong.

Man, those bodies look really good for 5 bucks! A heck of a lot cheaper then what I paid for my Kyosho body.

T-buck, is that a Losi 1/24 Rally in the back ground?
I actually thought about building a Baja Bug scaler from one of those.

Also, how do you like the Rok Crushers vs the Rok Lox?
I jsut got my Lox in the mail yesterday.
I'm thinking of putting the Lox on the scaler and buying Crushers for my TMC.

Yeah, it's a Losi rally. That one is set-up w/brushless, I use a 7.4 350mah. Go's like a bat out of hell.

I am alway's thinking of "what to do next??" or "What can I turn it into??" We will see??

I like them both, I think the Rox Lox have slightly better traction? W/these micro's it's such a fine line.

The Body is coming along nicely, I made the wheel well's larger & am coming up w/some ideas... I think it's worth it to grab another 1 or 2 body's to have in my "stash."

2.6mm sounds like a workable tolerance.
