I am getting a Losi trekker here pretty quick. My family is going on a camping trip so I'll bring it along and get some pictures and maybe a video. The thread name will have the latest update on the truck, just so you know whats new in the thread if anything. My plan is to get the plastic model kit of a '78 Dodge and replicating my dad's trail truck. That's all I got for a plans right now. I may get a brushless system. EDIT: This is a picture of me in front on my dad's Dodge(no making fun of me, it was very cold). Last edited by Hydro-Tank; 07-11-2011 at 09:38 AM. |

Not here yet huh? The wait must suck! lol If you go brushless, you may have too much speed for crawling. These micros are fine with a brushed motor. |

O, well I just heard from some people it's good to get brushless, but ill just have to see for myself when it gets here. But ya i am new to the micro truck world. I may need help down the road. I thought a little for a "plan" type thing and figured out that I'll get some 8trax wheels for it and some super samper boggers. |

good deal. Cant wait to see what you do with this thing! Have you thought any more about what kind of electronics you are going to eventually run in it?

Ya! LOL. Got the pictures up and here they are. The box the UPS truck left for me. Whats inside the box??? 1 Losi Trekker, Radio, extra stock battery, and some unexpected beadlocks. He threw them in there just because he is nice lol. They are aluminum! I have never had aluminum wheels before. Some poser shots till I get a charger so I can actually drive it. Will be getting a Dodge body soon, I hope lol. Last edited by Hydro-Tank; 07-21-2011 at 06:27 PM. |
