Question for Trekker (or Trekker suspension link) owners

I bought the Trekker suspension links and drive shafts to extend the wheelbase on my MCrC and noticed something weird with the bent links.

Since the bends are asymmetrical, with one side of the bend being longer than the other, it would seem that half (2) of the bent links would be "mirrored" so the right and left sides would be the same when mounted.

To explain further if this isn't clear: For example with custom made rear bent links you might have the longer sections coming off the skid plate ball studs first and then the shorter sections after the bends down to the axle ball studs (or vise versa)
See Getbent's rear links here (pic borrowed)

But the Trekker's are not mirrored and all identical so on one side I would have the short section coming off the skid plate and on the other I would have the long. IS THIS THE WAY THEY ALL ARE???

Only way I see around this is if I reamed out the holes on the outer side of the links and pushed the ball through the wrong side.

noticed they all say "A" on one side so perhaps half of them are supposed to say "B" for the other side?

Any ideas???

Here are some pics to show what I'm talking about

The bent ones are the top links on the Trekker, straight ones are the bottom.

What chassis is that?

I do appreciate the information offered BUT...

I described bent links on the bottom as an example without thinking about the Trekker's being on the top (which I already knew) but either way, bottom OR top, it is the same issue.

I will try to take some pics of them assembled when I have more time to better show what I am talking about.

THANK YOU! So glad I'm not crazy! (at least not because of this )

So I have TWO sets of these I ordered that both have all "A" links and NOW they will be going back.

Wish I woulda seen this earlier cause I already drew a diagram, put the links on my crawler and took pics to try to explain more clearly

Hate for all this work to go to waste so here it is for anyone else who may wind up with this problem...

It's subtle but one end is longer than the other:

~27mm

~24mm

Being that ball links are designed to be mounted through one side (the larger diameter side of the socket) and all my links are identical, with no variance for left and right, the left and right sides don't match up:

So it winds up like this with the long ends pointing towards the front on the left side and the long ends pointing towards the back on the right side

My elbow bends don't line up

Thanks for watchin' ya'll!

Next time I take the time to upload pics I promise to make it something more fun to look at ;-)
