| Starting over LOSI MICRO BLADE 5.5
I have had my Losi Micro for over a year now and have built many different scale bodies on the stock chassis. This was my fav but I figured it was time to upgrade. I have the BLADE 5.5 chassis on the way along with the wheel widener kit and high power losi motor. This is what it looked like last night before I ordered my parts. and after I knew my parts were on the way............. I am planning on using some kind of Chevy body and build a tube flat bed with spare carrier............thanks for looking Ill keep yall posted as more parts arrive. Will be watching this one. I have been tinkering with the idea of ordering the 5.5 for my chevy 3500 dually model. Is there any way you could takea few side shots as I want to see how high the trans sticks up past the frame rails.

| iphone pics
I will take some better pics on my girlfreinds iphone when she gets home. (sideshots) I really do like the chassis and the way the truck looks, I am not a big fan of longbeds but I like this one. I think I might do a custom rollcage but not sure yet might just keep the rollbar and lights that came with the kit. Thanks for all the comments much appreciated |

Looking real good. You are gonna want to use the rear bottom links to prevent "axle wrap". Up front I wouldn't worry about it. The 5.5 EX is still one of my favorites. |

| chassis almost finished
A little update, I made up some links, made a servo mount out some strong plastic I had, made my drivelines, and discoverd a very good way to meet body and chassis. here is the side shot that was asked for..... As you can see the trans. does not sit to much higher then the frame rails... a view from the front, I made the steering link out of an origanal suspenstion link, with lots of lighter love melted it into itself to make it shorter. top.. some arcticulation anyone? WITH THE BODY MOUNTED... Now I just have to wait for my new esc and motor build up some bumpers and a roll bar and finish the interior. once again thanks for looking and any questions free free to ask. More updates to come......... |
