I've got the CrawlerX wheel wideners but have a question. How do you get the inside slotted nut out of the stock wheel?! Also, will these work with the RC4WD beadlocks or the Gear Head 8Trax?

Get a little screwdriver or paper clip and press it from the outside of the rim, through the bolt hole and try to push the hex out. It isn't glued or anything, it should just slide right out.

Hey guys, has anybody seen the "Handmade Urethane "XPG" Extreme Traction Rock Crawler Tires" on ebay?! They look to be a mold of the Rok Lox poured in a "NEW "XPG" SUPER SOFT FORMULA" urethane. Don't know anything about'em....just sayin....!

they weigh like 30g each, really heavy and come in a number of colours, depending on supplier, but when it comes to performance they're useless,they're Solid and they are basically a hard version of the rok lox.

actually they are fairly soft when it comes to the weight of them. Check with Chevy55 he runs the hell outta those.

.22 lr and .17 hmr have the same cartridge dia., but the .17 hmr is necked down to take the smaller bullet dia., and is slightly shorter overall.

TO answer your "dumb question" no, they're not necessary. They fit just fine on the stock hubs.

I think it is worth mentioning here the link to the Danally method for widening the stock rim offset (primarily for use with MiClaw tires.) took me over an hour to find it the first time.

Did this to my truck. it is the cheapest and fairly easy way to do it.
