I put a couple coats of polyurethane on it.

I found some weaknesses in my crawler. Needs more weight up front. The tires are too rigid due to no vent. Just needs some more tweaking. LOL

It's a slightly modified Eclipse. The rest is stock but with droop springs.

Nice setup. I'm working on a portable course on a 4x4' sheet of plywood using broken paver bricks and odd chunks of angled cut fire wood. It's gonna be heavy! Lol

Tree stuffage! And a case of aquarium gravel.

An old truck to crawl over. I'm going to add realism to it in time.

The ROCK! as it is now. More 4'x4' panels coming.

It's a 32 Ford pickup. I was going to rat crawler it but found a 34 Ford pickup that I like better.

Found this pond liner at my local Home Depot over the weekend on sale/clearance for $19.06, regular $38, so I picked it up. Also picked up a small package of light green foliage from my LHS yesterday and picked up 3 cans of the Rustoleum stone paint on lunch today, so I should be starting on mine shortly. Might even make a nice obstacle for my MRC, too.

Started painting last night. Shot two coats of plastic primer, then a full can of the stone paint. Let the stone paitn set for an hour or so then went back with another 3/4 can to thicken it up some. Will probably go back tonight to add shading with a darker color stone paint and then add some roughage.

That'll look sweet!

I got my rock all finished up and used some 3M spray adhesive to add some shrubbery, but it doesn't hold very well, especially with a torquey crawler working over it. Top that off with my 3 year old pulling it off and I can hoenstly say that although it looks really good, the shrubbery wasn't a good idea. I'll try to snap a couple pics over the weekend of the current status. May try again with the shrubbery, too. Have plenty of spray adhesive.
