hey Fungi, not sure what your take on this view is as I for one want you to take your time on this to get it to that perfect level.

however, I also do believe that you should be selling these as they are, maybe get a website cranking, or an ebay store or whatever it takes to get these out there. you can always update the chassis as you go, maybe making a disclaimer to say they are under constant revision.

lets use Axial as an example. AX10 scorpion > SCX10 > Dingo > Honcho > Rubicon > Poison Spyder > CRC Jeep. Im sure that there would be less people annoyed that you updated, and more people excited to get that newest update to the chassis.

I hope im not coming across the wrong way, coz i mean this in the most positive way ever. Just have a think about that idea

I wouldn't say most of us are annoyed at all. People just get so excited that they find it hard to convey their emotions properly.

What you are doing Fungi is absolutely amazing. Your latest update with the new console and scale driver has blown my mind.... Simply awesome work.

Can't wait till you decide to let some go, prototypes or final runs. Even if you decide to never release them at least we got to see some awesome micros and get a little insight into what goes into a custom job of this quality.

Cheers,
Dick

I definitely think there's a market for selling these as complete RTR vehicles for the right price. About the only thing you wouldn't provide is the controller.

Thanks for the comments. Nothing is for sale yet, but when it happens Slambaam is at the top of the list.

Up until now everything was just test fit. Everything is glued in now, so I'm pretty excited to get it back up and running soon! I went back to my roots and did a yellow and black paint scheme. It needs some serious graphics... Now onto the pictures.

Here is the dash and console. The shifters are pins dipped into black paint. lol The boots are separate squares stacked up.

Complete with shifters, dash, steering wheel, etc.

Love the shifters!

Alternate shock mounts. It adds about 1/8" of ride height, but there is room for an engine up front.

That is totally sick. So much detail crammed into such a small vehicle. Great job!

I am finally working out the issues with the vacuum molding machine. I was wasting so much material due to mechanical problems.

As soon as some of these start popping up in build threads I'm sure you'll see more orders then you can fill...
I'm pretty sure I'm going to replace my micro crawler that I sold just to get one of these sweet chassis.

Another problem with vacuum molder. The high pressure pump is not working. I am looking into rebuilding it or replacing it. With such small parts I need the extra pull of the secondary pump.

Here are a few more images showing some small progress.

That rig Is really a thing of beauty! I'm loving those wheels, are you planning on selling them? I would love to have a set for an up-coming pre-runner build I will be starting.
