| noob to crawling with question about micro
So my buddy just got a losi micro crawler for christmas and i went upstairs to play with it and found it to be alot of fun on an indoor course we made. So i went online and ordered a micro with a modded chassis. The previous owner mounted a hard plastic jeep body to it that looks GREAT but... i find that the truck is to top heavy and constantly tipping over baackwards. I was going to put a stock lexan body on it but the chassis has no body mounts. Is this chassis suppose to have body mounts? Its called a crawler x chassis with leaf springs. Thanks for any help you can provide

That chassis is designed to make a scaler. There are a bunch so threads to make your own tube if you want to check them out for ideas.

If it's tipping backwards, mount the battery on top of the servo or under the hood of the body. forward weight helps combat falling backwards. Got pictures? they help a lot in these situations. |

If you want to go back to stock I have a spare chassis and body I'm willing to part with. Shoot me a PM and I'll send you some pics and an offer. I can also sell the link and electronics mounts if you want them too.

I'm not sure if I want to go back to stock just yet. Ill try adding weights to the front and see how much that helps. Also how do you post pictures in a forum. I've never been on a forum before so..... Sorry for the dumb question. Thank guys
