Are you the the guy from the FB group? IMO I'd say check valuehobby.com I I've been getting Batteries from there for years and love them. I usually get the Gforce batteries. They are as cheap or cheaper than most places and they have been reliable to me and most everyone else from what I've seen. They usually have the standard connectors available on all lipos so for the same price, so it can save you from having to buy and solder them yourself. I recommend a micro deans if they don't have your specific connection. Do you have a balance lipo charger already? Last edited by spoo76; 09-27-2015 at 09:08 PM. |

Btw I usually get lipos in the 250-360mah range any smaller and you don't get a whole lot of run time any larger and its just bulky and can effect balance & handling. With these small lipos its best to look for a charger that will charge less than 1amp for best results though a 1amp will be OK if you must.

My guess is you have JST, unfortunately they only have this connection in stock right now, but its more common on factory setups and may be what you have. http://www.valuehobby.com/power-syst...sc&order=price |

Yes. That was the end of my post. Look for one that will balance charge under 1amp if you can help it. I balance my lipos around .400 - .500 to be safe. You can sometimes find a smart balance charger with a power supply for under $34.some will have a power supply, not all will charge under. 1.0 amp. If not you can use an old PC power supply, or some laptop supplies to make a 12v DC power supply Last edited by spoo76; 09-27-2015 at 09:42 PM. |

This one is cheap at $25, charges at a low enough safe rate for micro lipos, and works on both car cigarette lighter DC and wall AC. Last edited by spoo76; 09-27-2015 at 11:34 PM. | |

I use the hobby king /Turnigy eco six. It does all my batteries and all my different size lipos. I was just suggesting something cheap to get started. I personally prefer the eco six because I use it for my 1/18,1/10 and non RC lipos and other chemistry batteries. If you have other RCs you'll likely want to convert them all and a charger with more features & options is a better investment. If you only plan to have micro get the small cheap one with built-in power supply
