Default Losi Mini Rock Crawler

Hi All,
Well, we are getting close to the Mini Rock Crawler shipping to the public (approx end of August). In the mean time a couple of our team drivers have received the first production samples and some others will have them in the next day or two. I've asked them to keep them stock for now and run the heck of of them before they start modifying them.

I'd like use this thread to have the team guys and myself available for questions and setup tips, etc.

I'm really looking forward to everyone getting their hands on these and I will do my best to answer your questions.
Thanks for the support,
Rich

Woohoo I got mine.

I wheeled it all day yesterday on my terrain. What a blast! I am very impresed with it's capability right out of the box. Even with the battery up high it still works great. I can't wait to get the green light to start modding. I have some really easy mods I think will increase the performance level that most of you can probably do without needing to buy anything extra.

Annie said it best:

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar
That tomorrow
There'll be a Mini Losi Crawler!

Just thinkin' about
Tomorrow
Clears away the Gates,
And the sorrow
'Til there's none!

When I'm stuck a day
That's gray,
And lonely,
I just stick out my chin
And Grin,
And Say,
Oh, I GOT MY CRAWLER!

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow
Come what may
Tomorrow! Tomorrow!
I love ya Tomorrow!
You're always
A day
A way!

Bring it to me Annie my sweet Fed-Ex driver.

Thanks for the update Rich, I am patiently awaiting my pre-order from the LHS. It will be interesting to see some of the mods people do to it.

That's funny, I already have plenty of 1/10th scale rigs.

What is really cool is, I now have twice as much terrain to play with in the same amount of space. The rock course I have is going to get some more changes made soon, Tunnels, arches, everything... is much easier to create in a smaller scale.

I'm loving mine!

Wheeled it all weekend at cougar buttes on one battery pack It performs great as a stock truck, and like Brian said, there is a few neat little upgrades that'll make this thing extremely capable.

Thanks Rich!

All you lucky people.
All you lucky sponsored people.
All you lucky sponsored people with money.
All you lucky sponsored people with money trees.

LOL, yes that was all about jealousy - I can admit it. Maybe when I sell my dog this fall I can get one. Ha, then I will be single too! Then I will have money again.

Looks like a great product from my fav r/c Manufacturer.

It is true. I love him, and I love the woman as well. But he is expendable for the hobby. She isn't expendable but I would be if I sold the dog. Ergo I inadvertently become single and thus have more money for what I love. That makes sense because Losi is my fav manufacturer of R/C. When I am cold on the long winter nights I will have a Losi crawler to cuddle with.
