| I think this little rig is going to have a big impact in the cold weather states this winter indoor crawling areas are going to be much more possible due to it's size. Hey Rubbaneck, lowering the body was a sweet move it looks really good. |

Did a little tuning on Half Pint. Started out with just stock part's and did a little chop on the upper brace and did a little drilling on the chassis. I wanted to lower the ride height and COG so I went at it. Started by cutting the upper brace center section out and using the end's for a chassis brace. I mounted the shock's on the first hole and moved the brace down. I had to drill out both holes on the chassis so a 4-40 screw would float through it. Then drill out the body post and chassis brace hole's to 3/32". Screw in a 1/2" 4-40 set screw into the body post. Screw the brace on with the body post. Then get some ball studs from Losi and put them in the first hole. Snap your shock's on and your done. Be sure to look at the top of the shock, it has a small and large hole on it and if pushed on backward's you'll break the shock. |

| No new mods at all. Still running stock stuff and everything is working great. No issue's with anything in the past few months. Won our first 1.9 comp a few weeks ago too. Quote:
That cardboard section is from a friend about 3 years ago and still holding up. I've ran my 2.2 and Super up and down it during the winter but this season it's going to be awesome. | |

Well after this past weekend I got my ass handed to me running the stock motor so I was told to try this little beast from Reedy. I needed a little more speed to fly through a couple of gates and this is going to work just fine. Still running the stock spur but went down to a 12t pinion. Everything mounted up clean with no issues and the power feels like a 3cell lipo. I did finally break a shock doing some stupid wheelies on the poker table, I thought I could control this but Half Pint fell to the ground and was wounded when I pick him up :-(. Oh well at least I have some stump pulling power to clear the double and triples now .
