Default Where to buy?

Ok guys.. Is this truck still pre-order only? Anyone have them in stock yet? If, not ... where do you recommend to pre-order from?

A week or 2 yet for them to be available, I'm guessing. Support the Vendors that support the site...in no particular order RCP, RPP & TCS...I imagine those will be some of the first to get their hands on them, hope you got on the pre-order list

I pre-ordered last night from RCP after reading this thread! Can't wait to get it! I wonder how many people are ahead of me?? My favorite local spot is better suited to 1/18 scale so I'm stoked on it. It looks a little jerky on the videos I've watched but then I'm used to my axial with a Mamba Max and 55t which friggin crawls so smooth. There's going to be so much cool stuff available to upgrade it once it comes out! It looks like it has a nylon gear steering servo but it has a normal servo plug unlike say the mini-t so upgrading to a metal gear Hi tec or something should be a breeze.

Is this thing actually gonna be worth it? I mean how much could it possibly crawl being 18th scale

Depends. I want one cause I have found many areas to crawl that arn't quite challenging enough for a 2.2, but could give lots of entertainment to a 1/18. Also, it rains at times up here in the great northwest and I think I could throw together a challenge right in the living room! Hell, just dump out the laundry....Hmmm. Dont know if the wife will approve of tire tracks on her unmentionables, but I think it would be hot!

Thats what they said about the Mini T and the RC18s. Now look where they are! Hell, look at all the minis and micros available. It would have been stupid for Losi NOT to offer the first mini crawler. This will only get the ball rolling.

I agree! Its small size will be a selling point by itself! I haven't finished my AX10 yet (still need a servo and motor/esc) and I'm going to order one as soon as they become available!

The Tamiya TLT is a marketed as a 1/18 scale rig...... Use your head. These things will be the new hotness in the 1.9 Scale rigs.

I finally decided to get mine from Ebay too, I don't feel like going too my LHS because it actually isn't very L, I would almost call it a RHS. All of the online retailers I checked still say it's backorder, and I'm kinda suprised actually that Horizon says it's out of stock there too. Oh well, mine is on the way now. $239+free shipping
