Very nice, I am anxious to see it.

These little rigs are a blast with a tube frame.

Thanks guys. I've been wanting to build this since I got it from Chip Cross......I'm going to use a Axial tranny with it as well. I hope to have a roller tonight. I'll get some more picts as I go.....

Don't throw too much power at them, you'll be cleaning out gear dust in no time.

Now I remember the original thread, I think Chip was doing donuts in the driveway with 4ws.

Like I told you at the shop...that Axial tranny is going to be too much for the MRC axles/suspension.

Tranny is too heavy, motor is too heavy. Go with the full MRC drivetrain and be done with it like I'm doing with my tuber.

Or...I'll give you the double dollar deal for that thing.

I hear ya Jason...LMAO! So I went with all Losi set up. I took the bottom tranny plate off as I could not get the Losi tranny and links mounted up to it. Sooo........I trimed up some tabs and basicaly made a "Bolt on" tuber. Everything lined up perfect. I moved the battery to the front and mounted it to the tuber (Under the hood). All that is left is to get some fuel tubing in the shocks and get it up about a 1/4 inch.

Nope, Chip Cross did I believe. I think me and JIA might work on building something like this for the Mini though. Here are the final shots of it done.......

Sweet writeup. Killer tuber!
So how much bigger (tall and wide) are the mudslingers than the stock tires? Those may be the Holy Grail that we've been looking for....
