Hi everyone im the youth director at my church and i have came up with a new program for my youth to try and attract more teens into my youth group i thought yall would like to see some pics of the trucks and the crawler course the bishop teens and i made. enjoy!

looks nice"thumbsup" what did you use for your course?

well thanks to hurricane ike some large blocks of foam came from somewhere so we used those for the large parts in the middle and we used quick crete sandtopping for the texture that course wieghts about 120lb or some where around there its still pretty light the kids love it. we threw this course together i about 5 hours but we plan on making some more ill do a step by step post next time we build one.

Cool, good idea....but it would be nice to expand the area.

excellent idea. It's nice to see churches being creative. It's also nice to see other professing christians on the board ;) I guess I'm not even one of them. Atleast not "professing". crawling for christ actually used to be my sig a couple years ago though. I look forward to hearing how this how thing pans out. Should be cool.

Good for you man"thumbsup" I think it's a great idea! A strong youth group is the future of any church. I was a youth director for 4 years at my church, people that know me laugh at that:lol: But that is a great way to get their attention. Now trying to make a lesson plan with crawling and crossing that back to the bible might be a little tricky;-):lol: Good luck with that and keep up the good work"thumbsup"

What a great idea and great way to draw kids in to hear about the Bible.

well I searched the online bible for the words "crawl", "climb", or "mountain". It came up with 333 different passages. isn't that like the number of the trinity? or something like that. maybe rock crawling is holy haha ;)

yeah were acutally planning on building about 3 more courses this weekend cause were doing a fundrasier for the youth group so were going to a fair and letting people drive the churches trucks for donations spread the word of God and spread the hobby that we have all grown to love so much.

I don't want to pollute/hi jack the thread, so I pm'd you.

were going to be doing a portable course were going to mount on a small trailer I will be updating this thread almost every day with pics and news of C4C so keep checking it out and subscribe to this thread if you want i did so i will know when you guys have a question and ill answer as soon as i can got my blackberry set up to receive eamils!"thumbsup"

Dude! This is awsome! It is so nice seeing other Jesus loving people telling others the good news. I'm 14 and love God and rock crawling, and any other form of rc for that matter. Props to you WK77612!"thumbsup"
