Default Ordering first supplies help me not mak any mistakes.

1st crawler so bear with me guys.

1. I wanted to get some bent links in the back, was looking at delrin but cant seem to find. So I was going to go with just some inexpensive Losi bent links in the back unless its a waste.(scrap the losi....need some delrin bent links....suggestions???)

2. Need a cheap place to get losi blue compound tires and memory foams. I am noticing they only come separately. OR SHOULD I GO WITH THE FLATIRONS I HAVE BEEN SEEING......they look pretty sic.

3. Looking at ordering some DNA snipes and ss mini chassis, but would love some really inexpensive beadlocks to run until I can get those ordered so I can add some weight and install new blue tires rather then cut up the stockies. If not I will they are cheap enough.

4. was going to order a grappler body for my 2nd body. Love the look of them.

Anyway I already have weight, internal springs, upgraded servo (hs225 is all...limited funds atm), and shock oils. I am taking any other inexpensive order suggestions.

TY

A screw kit is always nice, especially for when your drop a screw and it rolls someplace you cannot get it. I bought a kit for my AX10 from http://www.rcscrewz.com/....

Dont get the losi bent links, they will break.

You dont have to buy beadlocks you can make them out of your stock rims.

I've never been able to find bent delrin links but there a few stainless steel and aluminum links in the vendor forums.

I would just order some derlin off mcmaster and make your own links. From what i've read all you need is a heat source, drill, and tap(you can make your own tap out of a screw if you dont already have one).
If you do that you will have extra delrin laying around for other misc. projects.

the ss mini chassis comes with links. i changed mine to the hr straight links . i dont think the bent links are really necessary . havent really had a need for them and no one i know who comps hac them . straight links fo life. i did triangulate my bottom links i just modded the skid. ill post pics tonight if you want . and the beadlock mod is easy and works great. just remember to vent the pvc. sound like you have your work cut out for you . good luck.

Another option for bent links is "mutiny22" he makes machined bent links. Or krawler freak has a delrin link set, not bent ones though.

I got the ones from mutiny22 and they are awesome. I would suggest those over any that I have seen on here and any of the ones I seen at the comp I went to last saturday.

Getting frustrated. I would like to order more then one thing at each store and everyone seems to be out of the good stuff.

I would like some Flatirons with foams
losi blue claws...better then the blue bashers right??
Mini motor from holmes
4 link for the rear uppers
a grappler body mini
and the jeep body mainly or something else

If I could find 2 0r 3 on the same site it would help.
