Had it almost a month now, love this little truck. The changes are obvious in the pics. Have a set of threaded shocks and blue claws in the mail somewhere. changed out the servo to a 645MG, plenty of torque for this little thing. The rock pile is in my shop, can't run the AX-10 so this fills the void, changes now and then to suit my needs. Last edited by fixed13; 02-17-2009 at 04:08 PM. Reason: Update

I have to agree.I got mine for Christmas this year and I have had a blast modding it.I have been out of RC for sometime but this has re-opened the door. This forum has been a wealth of info and b/c of it,I had my MRC torn apart and slightly modded the first day I had it.

Welcome to your new addiction. I started 3 months ago with the Losi MRC now I have a Axial ARTR. I can't seem to stop sinking money into these things, I'm going to go broke

Thanks for the comments guys, not a new addiction, just new to this board (check up on me at scale4x4). Mug is the best for sure, almost better than the real thing. I started modding this out of the box also, just finally bought a star so I could help support. Don't think it matters if it is comp legal or not, can't find them anywere. It would be nice to know though. No comps within 2hrs of me but I may have to drive this year, I have the itch to see how well it performs against others (there are no other local crawlers that I know of, the LHS bought some crawlers for X-mas and the only one they sold was the one I bought, probably the last time they take my advice.)

Found the answer in another thread on here, those are the bodiless rules 2.1.2.2 – 1.9 Class body must be 2.75” minimum height on sides. No less than 9” total length and full original width, and no less than 3” in the center. All bodies should resemble its original form (Jeep bodies look like a Jeep) the current body height is fine. but you are 2 inches short in length __________________ TEAM CKRC TEAM HITEC RCD

Got some new stuff: Eritex Comp Heavy rims, love 'em. Losi Blue Claws, stock foams star cut, 2oz. added to fronts. Tires vented. RCBros shocks, internally sprung, 35wt except for L Rear at 45wt. SAC Racing Delrin links, straight front bent rear. Also added a few more rocks to the pile in the shop. Always shifting to make new lines. On to the pics, sorry for some of them being a little blurry.
