Default UPDATE PICS: MRC Gets Flatirons & NEW Axial 1.9 BL's

UPDATE- Added A Few More Pics


A few updated pics of my MRC. Just went to the local HS yesterday and picked up a set of 1.9 Flatirons (they finally came in) and a set of Axials new 8 hole 1.9 BL's.

Complete mods include-

-relocated electronics (86'd tray)

-inboard shocks w/ limiters

-lowered body 1"

-torquemaster mini

-flipped tranny

-50oz cheap servo

-moved batt over front axle (underside of hood)

-Hot Racing alumin lockers (on their way)


Imediate plans include a H645 and TLT wideners.

Thx fellas!

They are bigger but I really like the way they look on this thing. Cant wait to get my lockers in so I can actually use them. My front diff let go about a week ago so I havent used the truck since then, its pretty useless as a 3 wheeler

The tires are really tall, but I bet the extra ground clearance does wonders for its crawling ability.

Yeah it should work really well. Waiting for my lockers so I can get out on the rocks and get some real pics...and see how it performs.

If all goes well I might have some for you guys on Fri. (off work tomm)
