Default Baby Broh!!! Mini GC-2

First thanks to AD for an awesome chassis.

Parts (some still in the mail)
Gatekeeper Designs Mini GC-2 chassis
Donor Losi MRC
Castle Micro Mamba
Spektrum SR3500 rx
Losi mini-slider motor
125oz JR sport steering servo
Losi 2s lipo
All the Losi Good stuff(all the axle upgrades and shocks)
Next pics will include all of the Losi Mrc hop-ups and body

I built some electronics "shelves" out of lexan. I think they turned out ok plus made for a neat wiring job

Thanks, The Micro Mamba fits this chassis almost anywhere you would want to put it.

Drilling the pinions to fit the slider motor suck. Waiting to see how those composite pinions hold up on RXcrawlers mini.

I'm liking that ESC,and how you have all your electronics mounted.I'm kind of waiting for the HH ESC he has coming out to put in my mini GC2.Great to see somone else rocking both a 2.2 and 1.9 Gatekeeper chassis.Best designed chassis on the market hands down in my opinion.

SO far so good. About 3 packs through it. And I've bound it up to the point the tires didn't want to move. I think Tanis is also running these pinions.

Building the shocks. Pretty straight forward stuff, these things are nice considering the size

Cut some 7/16" limiters per Gatekeepers build thread. 1/8" K&S brass tubing works perfect.

Almost done. If the weather is decent tomorrow I'll get the body painted up.
Gonna build some new steering links(probably carbon fiber rod over 4-40 allthread) with the axial offset rod ends and m3 screws. Then the rest will be up to the mailman

Looking Sweet

Can you take a pic of your body mounts? I would like to see how you attached them.

They are just the stock mrc mounts screwed through the outermost shock holes w/2-56 buttonheads. I'll get you a pic up in the morning.

At least mine is not still in the box

Also appreciate the lexan. It's just the right thickness.

Dunno, I was referring to his chassis still being in the box. I think his wife has him whipped into building her a 2.2:-P. I'll get him motivated before long.
