| Ok, so I have more newb questions, and there are a few. I've searched this forum, but I'm not readily coming up with the answers I'm looking for, so here it goes. When upgrading the front axle steering knuckles and axle c shaft, is there any advantage to the HR setup vs losi or others? What exactly does the rear axle lockout do? And again, HR or others? I'm already looking at upgrading to the Hitec 5645 servo and was wondering if a BEC should be installed to help protect the ESC? That'll do it for now. Thanks! Mike |

| When upgrading the front axle steering knuckles and axle c shaft, is there any advantage to the HR setup vs losi or others? I would say quality would be the biggest difference. Some have had issues with the HR stuff while others have had none. I would think that Losi would have better quality control on their stuff. What exactly does the rear axle lockout do? And again, HR or others? The rear axle lockout is just that. It replaces what would normally be another c-hub and knuckle on the rear axle where these parts are not needed. Again quality probably the biggest difference. I'm already looking at upgrading to the Hitec 5645 servo and was wondering if a BEC should be installed to help protect the ESC? Adding a BEC seems to be the way to go when using a bigger servo with the stock esc. |
