you need a really sharp (new) screwdriver style driver. Don't even bother with an allen key. After a few remove/install times, i got fed up, drilled and tapped for 3mm screws. I also cut the countersinks in the servo mount plate a little deeper to accommodate the larger c-sunk screw heads. The upshot is the screws use a 2mm driver. Much better! I took the former servo plate mount screws, cut some countersinks into the chassis plates and used them to replace the lower link screws. smoothes out the chassis right there. For the other 2 screws on each side, use the leftover screws from the battery posts on the top plate.

The front ones were not that bad, I had to dremel a slot in the rears and just use a flat head now...alot easier. The 1.5mm driver I bought last month is almost nothing after grinding the tip to use it everytime

I had one that would not come out. I ended up drilling the head off to remove the servo bracket and removing with vice-grips. I think the screws are stainless, too! I had a bunch of flat phillips machine screws that certainly took their place. A #1 screwdriver is by far better than a 1.5mm allen.

Just go 3mm and never worry again. My MRC screws are in a landfill somewhere after I took them off only 1 time.
