| RcBros MRC Prototype Chassis
Well, we like our Skulz V2, but wanted to get rid of the torque twist and knew that was only possible with having 4 link in either the front, rear or both. We have a four link kit that we just came out with, but we wanted even more options. I also felt the stock setup was a tad wide so I wanted to slightly reduce the width. So here's what we've come up with. 1.5" wide, 6061 Aluminum TVP's modeled off our skulz TVP as shape allowed and multiple link and shock mounting locations. The chassis is notched so it will allow you to use stock motor and trans cover, or a longer motor such as the holmes without trans cover. Now we didn't want to stop here, our skid shown in the pics is simply used for mockup. Our skid we will be using features that make moving links a breeze and the options endless. |

I Like It. 1.5" is that over all or just the skid width? Will the stock Link's work? Look's like the lower Links bolt up verticly, need to see more of this one.

Looks great cant wait to see the finish build! I'm assumeing the lower links will mount horizontally across the new skid.

1.5" is the width of the skid. Uses stock motor, trany and shocks. However you will need customer links, more then likely supplied.. Still doing testing, just a prototype. Shocks mount on the upper corner holes. |

| The chassis just doesn't seem long enough in the photos for the shocks to mount there. It looks as if the shocks will be a lot more angled than the stock chassis. Is that true?

Alright, here's the mock-up pictures. Wheelbase is 8.5"; Comp Legal. Belly height is 1.25"-2" depends on your shock setup and tires. So far I'm liking it, now some testing! Please ignore the basement background |
