Whats wrong with that?

Every shaftie I've owned has been shimmed up new or used. Proper/good gear mesh will be stronger and your gears will last longer.

ok so i fixed it(at least i think so) i pulled out the pice that pilgs in to the axle and out the out side of the axle where it goes in is a very thin washer so i put it on the inside of the axle and i went and dug thru the washer bucket and found a washer that is preety this but it would fit over my berring in the diff so i put it in the vice and ground some down till it would fit and put it all back together and bam no clicking with the 90* wall test now for the rocks

Not trying to thread jack but heres the link to a thread thats this has been talked about. Fed up!

And yes the clicking has stopped, not sure what exactly it was but I think one main cause of it was too much weight being ran up front.
