Default Shaun's MRC Build

Got this used on Friday, forgot to take pictures of it when I started but everyone knows what a stock mini-crawler looks like.

Started the tear down.

Back together don't mind the servo wire, I ordered a RC Bros full size servo mount, and have a JR950 laying around I'm going to put on it. I'll list all the mods bellow.

What I did;
Removed upper plate
Mounted RX and ESC on upper links
70 Weight oil in shocks
Green mini-T shocks in rear
(Haven't decided what I want to run in the front)
Added 8th inch spacers inside shocks to drop it down a little
Added 1/4 inch limiters on outside of shocks to limit flex
Flipped Trans
Mounted 800mAh 2 Cell LiPo on rear axle
2oz of weight in rear tires
5oz of weight in front tires
Deans plugs(of course)

I also ordered a RC Bros full size servo mount and I have a JR950 sitting here waiting to be mounted.

Ordering a Mini-Slingshot when I get back from the comp.

I run blue Mini T springs on the rear, and the greens up front. That with internal limiters completely changed the way the suspension operated. ALOT more controllable. And you get to get rid of all those spacers up top. My internal spacers were 5/16ths or 3/8ths... cant remember now, but it doesnt matter, its only a 1/16th..
