Looks great Scott. I am going to steal that 1st pic of yours. I have never taken a "Complete Kit" photo. When I took mine all of the parts were not here yet.

Now get it running.

Great looking build! Is the MRC just too small to need bent links?

No, bent links can help. But if they are bent too much, that makes the driveshaft lower than the links making in vulnerable to getting hit and damaged. I'd rather have my links taking the abuse instead of my driveshaft.

I agree with redbaron on this. I've got a few more things done tonight heres the pictures. This setup is giving me 2 1/8 inch ground clearance. Thats with the shocks limited internally 1/4 inch.

Well it ran for about ten minutes:-( my mini torque master crapped out on me again. The chassis works great torque twist is eliminated. Theres a couple more things i want to do to it, lower the body, get a lipo that will fit on the upper links, and a different motor. This was a very easy build i think pup has a winner on his hands

Lookin great man!! My mini torque master was giving me fits the other day too. I went back to the stock motor and no more problems... Might look at that Mongoose system now

It is the brushes as one broke on me at ECC.. Give JRH a shout for some of the silver brushes. Then "lightly" sand the new brushes and comm also..Did that to mine and it runs like a raped ape now

NU2- I cleaned up this thread last night for ya.. Build looks great so far

I just got a reedy stumpuller installed very happy with the wheel speed and torque I have also went to a smaller lipo which fits on front links. I'm very happy with the way this chassis works.
