Default skid plate

hi guys, I wanted to put sort of a skid plate in front of my Mrc to cover the servo arm, because I'm always hitting it when I crawl to rocks and stuff, now I tought of mounting this plate in the axle housing, but then those little screws might not hold and my weak point is now gonna be on the axle housing. Got any ideas, pictures.

thanks
