Default PR Concepts evolution chassis Comp Build

Well after seeing so many 1.9's just had to built one here you go.
First thing I did was build the losi shocks used 42 weight oil.

Next put together my new shoes.

Next moched everything up while I was waiting for some hop up's to come in.

Had to wait for some goodies to come in but once I got them the build was a go full speed.

Once the goodies got here started to put them on.

Decided to go with a mini servo to keep everything 1.9 so went with a Hitec.

Next was line evrything up and start to head for the finish.

Once the motor and trani were in slapped on the the shoes and the finish product love it. Just waiting for a specktrun mini reciver and the build will be complete, will try to have some vids up once it's up and running.

Now the rear.

And ride height.

Wanna say thanks to PUP, Horizon, and Red for there help and support Thanks.

Looks good Mini!! Nice upgrades as well!

One thing I've done to mine, but haven't updated on my build thread is limit the shocks. I cut about a 1/4" piece of fuel line tubing and installed them on the outside of the shock shafts (all 4) to limit some of the flex. This helped make my truck even more stable for my style of driving.

Thank you sir.

Yea that was the only thing that was concerning me was all the flex but love the way it came together.

With the shocks limited, I can get about 4" under a tire before it lifts another one. I like it much better!

X2, I've done exactly the same with a damn near identical setup as you. It flexes great (if I'll ever get off my lazy ass and trim my body for my fat Panthers lol). I'm also glad to see that the Mongoose system fits in just fine, mine came in this afternoon. But.. of course, Mr. Murphy struck tonight. I went to solder a deans end onto it, and sure enough, my soldering station has decided to take a dump on me... Oh well, I expected it sooner or later with a Rat Shack special... You're going to love that chassis though

Thank you sir for all your help, and thank you for complement's, I can't wait to get the mirco reciver from spektrum to start this puppy up, should be here by mid next week and also my MIP shaft's. Other than that just have to drill the top delrin's for the body post and should be ready to go. Gonna run the battery on the rear should balance everything really nice.

It's not doing much of anything lol. No worries though, I knew it was going to happen sooner than later. It is from Radio Shack afterall... :?

Be sure to post up some pics of that little receiver when you get it in Mini, I might go the same route to save some space and swap my current receiver over to my Slash

Well almost done with the build gonna go on its first test run this weekend at the SSRCC Comp 4 in St. Petersburg FL.

Already got the Micro reciver but does not come in into next week so gonna just you and old 3001 I had laying around for now.

Also got in a servo guard to protect form some hit's, and cleaned up the wiring and mounted the ESC inside the chassis towards the front to keep some weight up front and out of the way of anything here are the pics enjoy:

nope, when I got them they were used but I rebuilt them complete with new internals and have not leaked at all, have noticed that with losi shocks I guess it's the luck of the draw had a friend that got some for his 2.2 and they leaked like a baby drooling, and mine were fine.
