This is the steering I'm getting. A few things has been changed since this pic. I've added the HR hex's, Changed to a ace rc ds 1015 servo and now the drag link is inline w/ tie rod. lots of approach angle. BTW I get this with dog bones too

Damn Sneed, that is a nice steering setup! Thanks for the pic!

Shelby, yeah, I'll definitely need to take a look this weekend. I picked up an additional set of aluminum knuckles....was sure if I'd be able to get that broken bolt out...

Thanks. I have to say it's night and day better even over just having CVD's. I've been having better luck w/ moddified dog bones than the losi CVD's though, less driveline binding. The cups of the cvd's were bottoming out against the shaft. Was to afraid to shave the cups for fear of weakening more

They are Axial rod ends used for the steering setup on their AX10's...

A few small updates:

I still need to rebuild the tie rod and sleeve it for strength, but the setup will be the same.

Sweet build. I have an MRC sitting here that I have been thinking about doing something with. I might have to get on the phone and order some parts for it now.

Yeah, like Firekid said, you can order them from EGRESSor. We'll have 3 at the start of the season.

Do you know what your turning radius is on carpet? I flipped my knuckles around for better arkerman and it made a difference. Just wondering if i want to start grinding on the dogbones.
