Well, silicon for one.

Here are some tips for you if you want to make it as waterproof as it can be

1st, the balloon trick. Put your electronics inside a balloon, then put that balloon inside another balloon (leaving the wires running out the top), and use some silicon to seal it shut.
2nd. Silicon up the seals on your electronics. run a bead around the mating surfaces, and also silicon the wires in place.
3rd. Drill 2 small holes in the bottom of the axle housing so any water that gets in can drain back out
4th. Keep a can of WD-40 with you at all times. If any water does manage to get into the electronics, you can open them up and spray them down with WD-40. It wont always guarantee that it will work again, but it helps

Beyond that, you can buy waterproof servo's, recievers and ESC's. You can also get waterproof electronics boxes to hold your ESC and reciver.

The batteries need to be completely sealed, the slip them into a balloon and silicon the top where the wires come out.

Other than that, all you have to be worried about is your motor. Water will corrode it, so spray it down with WD-40 after every run. You cant really waterproof the motor, but you can do what ever you have to to help any water it takes on escape.

there's a sticky in the electronic section just on waterproofing. And I found out the hard way, but I would not use the spray can electrical tape. Messy and a PIA to take off when needed.

FYI: I used Marine sensor safe silicone--as suggested in those Waterproofing threads/videos--in my stock MRC's ESC and it fried: would only work while drawing power from a Castle BEC. Use caution. You might try the less permanent methods first. ;)

I run FE boats and the electronics get wet often. I use a product called corrosion x on all my electronics and bearings both in the cars and boats. It is similiar to a thick wd40
I have not had a failure due to water since except in a servo on a boat.
i got it at offshoreelectrics.com.
