Default Suspension shock set up

I have been building a New Mrc the last few weeks and im having a hard time getting my shocks set up to suit me. AT this point i have a fubar skeeter chassis losi alum shocks 3 hole pistons 45 wt oil limited 3/8 top shock hole
and it just seems to stiff are there other springs for these?

Please post up some set up info guys. Droop, semi drop, chassis shock angle oil wt , shocks etc. I am just curious of the different set ups and what works for you guys and what dont.
