I just put one in my mini....

great tork and wheel speed so far....

13t pinion/60t spur on 4.1 mini pin tires...

I enjoyed the Insane motors when I was running them...never had a problem...just gotta get your gearing right and watch the temps if you plan to run it longer than a typical course (5-7 mins)

yea its fine on a lipo and stock esc...motor is pretty sick definitely alot more wheel speed but if you order the motor order a couple extra set of tranny gears to youll need them! -

I've just began to test mine and I'm at 12t pinion on a 60t spur. Motor is barely luke warm after several 30 min consecutive test runs...but it was only 40* out.

Stock esc and lipo should be fine. That's what I'm running still.

some friends and i run them, work great with 12t pinion and 62t spur and still has plenty wheel speed. my son is also running a losi slider motor with 10t pinion and 62t spur and works nice too.

what is the smaller screw hole size I went to fastenal to get 2 to fit and they couldn't help

M2.5 x 0.45 I believe...I can't remember how long for the stock motor plate I do know they are short little buggers I had to grind mine down
