Don't think I would buy it, I am very happy with my GC3 chassis as is. I like the weight of my rig.

There's really no point. I was getting everything drawn up to do it and there really isn't a weight savings to justify the production of one. The GC-3 Side plates weigh nothing as it is. Its only for the Bling factor and the GC-3 is blingin' enough . . .

The GC3 is so far better than the "Pro" that you would be wasiting your money,

Your far better off buldiing it with the Gc3. Unless bind for you is more important that a great performing truck,

Function over form for me in a comp truck...

Well the pro won most of the 1.9 comps, did it not? So dosent that mean the gc3 lost? Lets get real here... I know the driver wins not the crawler. But you cant win with a stock mrc thats for sure. I love my gc3, I just want the best setup for the win. Thanks for your input guys

Love how some people jump ship, when the "new" things come out, stick with what has been shown to work. More time on the rocks might help also.

The driver won the comps not the truck. There is very little difference in the two chassis with the exception of adjustable shock mounts, but then again you have multiple mounting positions on the GC3 as well.

The bottom line is, the 1.9 class is a drivers class and very little has to do with the the chassis you decide to run.

Buzz I agree the gc's and the losi pro are very close

However I'd say that the chassis can make a huge difference.Especially in a drivers class, like 1.9 and sportsman.
the right chassis can instantly make you a better driver IMO.
The problem is its not always easy to find that right chassis. For me its not the gc3,I just couldnt pull the same lines my ss would. But other guys couldnt pull lines with the ss.Then swithch to a gc3 and now they are nailing the same lines.
So its hit and miss IMO as to what is going to work best for each driver.

I think thats is a combo of a great chassis and the correct set up. The Gc3 and the pro are close, But if you set either of them up wrong ur not going to win anything.

Some valid points.

I have only driven two chassis in the two years or so I've been driving a mini and the first was a proto Fubar Mini Skeeter, the second a production Mini Skeeter which I drove up until a couple months ago when I decided to give the GC3 a shot. My first comp out with the GC3 I won by -14 over the next driver, but it has been down hill since then so I can't say it's the chassis, but I drove the hell out of my Mini Skeeter so I am thinking about going back. Maybe John jinxed me when he called me a traitor I don't know.

Maybe I'll just keep bugging him until he makes a mini FTJ.
