Default how do you remove the transmission from skid plate?

I bought the gatekeeper chassis for my MRC and took the stock one all the way down to the transmission/motor combo from the skid plate. It looks like a rivot. Is it a tiny freaking torqs bit? Again its the fasteners on the bottom of the skid plate that holds the tranny. Thanks in advance.

you need a 1.5 mm hex driver to remove the screws

Just make sure that you use a good quality wrench or you'll round the hex hole and that ain't good. Same with the front and rear servo plates, as I know to my cost, so take care.

x2 on the quality tool, I used the cheap one that came with my mini. Instead of rounding the screw, though, I rounded the hex. Kept cutting it down until I pretty much don't have a tool.

Speaking of which, I should go buy a new one!
