Default Delrin Links

Im gonna make some delrin links for my mini juice, how do i go about bending the links?

I've used a heat gun as well, but it is nearly impossible for me to make a set without the delrin wrinkling a little in the bend. Don't know how the big boys do it and make them so purtiful.

That's why they get paid the big bucks. I just try to work them slow and heat the delrin til' it gets kind of shiny.
