i'm on my 4th one, when it worked it was great, factory replaced all of them. i'm going to an fxr which i wish i'd have done first but wasn't sure it would work in the mrc. but after searching this site i think it will and have had no issue with the 4 i already have. |

For around the same cost you can go with the Micro Sidewinder. I run a couple of the Mamba 25's(same but older) and have never really had any problems.

B1R is rated for 3s,no motor limit for 380 sized motors I have only had one issue with a b1r,and it was honestly my fault.I had been doing alot of testing, and was purossly pushing the limits,I repeatedly ignored the thermal chutdown and just kept pushing it. Then I got the smoke. $40 and they sent me a new one...I like em. What I like most about tekins products is if you have too,you can program it in the field without a pc. |

I've got the micro sidewinder, but have been considering getting the Tekin B1R, simply because I run Tekin in everything else. Is it worth the switch?

I'm liking my sidwinder alot....its a close call. The ability to program without a pc is a huge plus for the tekin the ability to tuck it almost anywhere is a huge plus for the sidwinder | |
