Default Mitchell's MRC Pro

I've talked about getting a crawler for a while and when I saw that RRP had the MRC Pro for $90 then I decided the time was right. I'll get pics up later as I'm on a trip but here's a list of the componets I've collected so far.

- Xcelorin 1/18 crawler system
- Losi Aluminum front knuckles
- Spektrum SR3520 and DX3s
- Losi 600 mah 2s lipo
- Turnigy MG959

I had the Turnigy in my pit box and at 200 oz of torque, it's Enough for this little bugger. I've had terrible luck with Novak and I have fairly good luck with Xcelorin so we,ll see.

I got a chance to get some shots and some video yesterday with my new Canon XA10. The video will hopefully be up shortly but here's some pics in the meantime.

Some PL Chisels and Vanquish LH Procomps are in my near future. I need to get more weight up front. Oh, and all these pics were taken in my backyard which is 5 acres of rock crawler heaven.

Not to my knowledge, but theres not really an issue with that is it's inside the chassis.

Pick up one before they all go out of stock everywhere. ;) Amain already is out of stock. Not sure about Horizon Hobby or RRP.

Yeah I grew up rock crawling in Land Rovers.
And I love r/c stuff.
I have a E-revo VXL, and a Losi Mini LST (for sale)
Crawling just seems like alot of fun.
No speed involved.
The Revo is fast enough.

Losi must be ending production on these to have the prices this low. Hope not or parts will be tough to get. For that price I might take a chance though.

Update - Just sold my comp MRC a couple weeks ago, but couldn't pass up this deal.

I'm really enjoying this! It's amazing the lines it'll take! I've got some weights for the front wheels on the way! The chisels make a whole world of difference on this vs. the stock rock claws. I'll get some more pics up soon.

If you look, the teeth only look 1/2 engaged.

Well unfortunately my time with the MRC pro is now done. It is sold and I've moved on to bigger and better things (XR10) and the MRC will always hold a special place in my heart. So long and farewell MRC PRO!
