Problem with my MRC

So, I've just assembled my MRC (build thread follows) and I tested it when I was working on it and the motor just worked fine (reedy stump puller, stock esc) and when I was ready assambeling it, I was like: oh it's nice weather I go drive with it.
I turn it on and it doesn't go forward it goes like in 'shocks' and If I don't do anything with my controller my servo turns.

I gonna make a video and post it here in a couple of hours. I think it's my transmitter

Not sure if it's needed, but, did you calibrate the ESC to your radio???
