Default MRC Pro Roller Tow Mater Build Thread

Well just ordered a MRC Pro Roller...cause of the cheap price $73 shipped. This will be a Mud Drag Trail Rig when I am done. Could not resist this Tow Mater body for fun. Size compared to 1/16 Summit. Got it for $15 @ Toys R Us. I think I can make something work. I want to use my 1/16th VXL system in it, so I will probaly end up making a new chassis. Hopefully I will have some mockup Pics soon. I just ordered the MRC this morning from ultimate hobbies. Hopefully next weekend.......

Default You read my mind.

Dude, I was just about to start on a build like this for my son's 4th birthday. I'll be watching this one closely.

That is a great Idea. It would be a perfect match to the Lightning McQueen I built for my Boy.

I am so glad you linked us to your pictures if lightning McQueen. I had run across it once before and was blown away. I could then not find the link again to show my wife. I bet your boy loves having such a capable rig that looks so much like toy. Your detail is awesome!

Got it!! O.K. so I am going to make a new chassis for the Tow Mater Mud Rig. Started some painting on the body and just a test fit of the axles and such. Enjoy the Pics. I am going for a Dennis Anderson King Sling kinda look......
