Default Shrink Wrap on CVD Pins?

I kept searching but can't find anything on using shrink wrap to keep the front CVD pins in place on the MRC Pro. I remember reading about it on a thread somewhere here.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks!

Whats your question here? I have used shrink wrap to help hold the pins in place and it works to some degree. You looking for the proper size wrap or what?

I'd imagine you would just use the shrink wrap all around the CVD area where the pin may fall out.

Yes a size would be nice, but I think I'll just go to Harbor Freight and pick up a variety pack.

I used some about 15mm diameter (i guess), that shrank down nicely.

Cut about 7mm length off, slip over and a heat (i used a lighter) and job done.
Stops pin falling out (if it were to come loose), and saves you looking for a spare pin and grub.

I have been running Losi CVDs for about 18months, not had a pin come loose yet. but better safe than sorry! (for the sake of a few pence of heat shrink!)
