Default Steering system problems

I bought a bone stock mrc about a month ago and have lost the screw out of the steering arm twice. Any advice?

Also, it seems like the stock servo isn't strong enough to turn the tires when there is much resistance. I remember seeing a mount system and linkage that turns the servo around and runs the linkage behind the axle but I can't remember who makes it. Is it worth anything to do that?

blue locite or longer screw with a nut and stock servo won't last to long.
