Ok I got my Aluminum Knuckles In today and Was test fittiing them cuz i'm waiting for my Aluminum Chubs, Well ran into a problem and Need ADvice.
The Screw that connects the TieRod to the knuckle on driver side is to bed to screw into the aluminum knuckle. Any advice? Change Screw? I dont really want to drill it out cuz it's threaded.

What knuckles do you have?
The pro knuckles will be 3mm and the rest are 2mm or 2.5mm if I remember correctly.

Here's the one's I Bought, eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

I have a MRC pro, My screw is a bit bigger than the hole on the knuckles I bought, THe screw that conects the tir rod to the drivers side knuckle.

Whats the fix for this?

Unfortunately you got the knuckles for the rtr mrc which will have to be modded to fit the pro...not a big deal really
If you look at the stock pro knuckles and the ones you got you'll see the difference, the pro is setup for zero Ackerman steering ...the hole for the tierod is in line with the kingpins and also drilled &tapped for 3mm hardware
you will have to drill & tap a hole in your alum knuckles to match the stock plastic knuckles and cut off the excess material (where the hole is now for the tierod ) does this make sense?
