I run Thunder Power 325mah. I made a tray out of lexan that mounts to the rear link plate and steps down just above the driveshaft inbetween the upper links. Did the same on the front for the esc. This gets the heaviest items (besides the tranny) off the chassis and on the axles for a nice and low cog. Also makes getting to the battery easy. |

Ive made some major changes to this car lately thanks to D_Lux. It is a work in progress but I think it has some big advantages once I get it working the way I want it. It is really slow at the moment so I will be working on putting some serious power to this mini. For now here are some pics and will have some updates coming soon! |

Front and rear custom narrowed by D_Lux. Used to be his mini but I snagged it from him and added my CF chassis to it. |

Looks good, you cant go wrong with CF chassis. Does that thing have some serious drag brake with those axles? Keep up the good work and keep us updated on how you get more speed out of it. X2 on the de-lux stuff. I've been giving him my money lately and plan on more. |

Yup, I got the slider motor in it but need to mess with the gearing still. Car drives incredible, but I definately need more wheels speed. I'll change the gearing back to 54/13 and see if I can keep the motor alive as that had way more wheel speed and I could live with that for now. I got some BIG plans in the works to take care of my motor issue, I just hope what I got in mind works out. | |

| Re: cboggs CF Mini Moonbuggy Pins did ok, Ive tried many configurations of pin tires on my minis, some at 4" and some just under. I never had them do anything that the stock rovers couldnt do better.
