| What do I need to make MRC Pro turn both axles (4WS)?
Hi, I saw such a MRC and would like to make mine this way too, what do I need? Simply whole front axle, or maybe upgrading rear will be cheaper? I will have spare c hubs and knuckles, as I have order aluminium ones, but that's it... |

Ok well get anotehr servo for the rear, a Y harness for it also. make the rear axle look just like the front in reverse. Will need steering linkage also from servo to knuckles. Also need a 3 channel radio set up for rear steer. Pretty sure thats all ya need. If you plan to run 1.9 comps though dont do the rear steer, its against the rules. |

Pretty sure you just need the Servo, harness, steering linkage and convert your rear axle to look like the front (chubs-knuckles) and a tx thats set up for rear steer or make your tx in a rear steer if 3 channel. theres a few write-ups on putting a switch to run rear steer onto your radio. I havent made a mrc into 4ws but its prolly one of the easiest ones to make into 4ws in my opinion. I would do mine but getting mne ready for 2012 comp season. |
