Sorry to dig an old thread, Is the low-pro chassis available anymore? I checked the website and couldn't find a thing. |

I just picked one up second-hand from a member on here. They're out there if you look. If nothing else, though, shoot Don an email and see if he'll make you one. I just ordered front & rear upper mounts for mine since it didn't have them, and also asked about the front electronics mount that wasn't included. Can't hurt to ask.

| Re: Papabash's Team BWD 'Low-Pro' Wedge Build Yep send him an email... But he's moving the shop so if he doesn't respond for a couple of days don't worry about it... He's probably fairly busy right now... He's good at getting back to people |

I have a stupid question but I'm gonna' ask it anyway. What are you guys using to make body panels? Aluminum sheet or lexan? Read through Austin's thread and his and his dad's look like aluminum, but Papa's look like lexan. |

| Re: Papabash's Team BWD 'Low-Pro' Wedge Build Most people use Lexan... Last I knew David (Papabash) was using .030" lexan... Some people are using .020" but it depends on if you want strength or Light weight... I think on a mini .020" would be perfectly fine though unless you bash the hell out of your crawler...

If there is any chance you have time could you take some more pictures of them? And how wide and how long is each one? I really like this idea and have some of my own ideas of things I want to add to your design. Thanks

I believe it is still available, but as Everett said, Don is in the process of moving his home and shop, so he is pretty snowed under right now. | |

| Re: Papabash's Team BWD 'Low-Pro' Wedge Build Everett's right, I'm using .030 Lexan. I like the heavier stuff simply because I drive my rigs hard and want the panels to last a while (I'm kinda lazy about painting). For most people .020 would work just fine, especially if you're concerned about weight.
