Default Motor to ESC connectors

Hello,

Tried searching around couldn't find it.

I was wondering what type of connectors you are using to connect your motor to esc. Thanks.

Hi

I'm using Deans between my HH Mini Torque and my Castle Creation SideWinder Micro but will probably change to bullet plugs when I rewire the motor.

Hope this helps

On my mini, I used mini deans, they are compact and can handle decent currents, but can be trick y to solder up (just check the polarity before soldering).
I used a normal sized deans on the battery to esc.

needs to be small and allow the cables to remain flexible on a mini. Its suprising how the cabling can affect the suspension if its not flexible enough.

just make sure all connections are soldered properly (no dry solders) and insulate properly. (tip - on battery connections - use a female deans connector on the battery = no exposed terminals to short out!)

I prefer to solder directly to save weight. Every little bit helps. If you are not comping then weight really isn't an issue though. A lot of others prefer the bullet connectors.
