I used my lathe mostly. I cut the center out trimed up the back side of the wheel. And glued the two sides back to geather

Depending in how narrow u want to go its not hard with out a lathe if u want to go all the way like I did u can use a hack saw out the wheel in a vise and cut right beside the bead lock that will cut the hole channel out
