Default Gerry´s LCC Mini - The Reborn

Hy!

My first try with the LCC axles are any time ago and now i want to it right - the supercrawl in Germany is soon and so i build up my LCC Mini once again...

These are the facts:

shortened Losi Comp Crawler axles
Front: HD Worm Gears (21:1)
Rear: Chromoly D_Lux Worm Gear (25:1)
homemade Rims with VP Hubs
modified Proline Bow-Tie Buggy Reifen (108mm)
homemade Carbon Chassis
homemade tranny

Coming next:

Lunsford Titan Links
Savöx 1256TG Servo
2500kV Brushless Outrunner
Sidewinder Micro

First pics of the build:

That will be an interesting build.
I like that stand you are using very much, is it custom made?

This is awesome looking. 2500kv outrunner should be top notch on this small of a rig. Hopefully No cogging and enough torque.

I hope so
I think the 2500kV Outrunner with 500W should work fine - in the next 2 weeks we´ll know it...

It´s nothing new but i also had this on my 2.2" Rig and it worlks great.
But in the moment the wheels are not finished, i had to check out about one or two things and then i will mill the final version - maybe with 1.5mm Carbon - we´ll see....

Here some pics of the wheels how the look in the moment:

With best regards,
Gerry

I don´t have silver carbon here - but i like the idea
In the front i will use 225 Hubs, in the rear 350
The tires just glued on the rings, thats right...

Have you ever had problems with the tires coming off? Do you know how easily you can get Silver Carbon Fiber over there? I would think you could find it easier than over here If you can find it send me a PM I would like some

On carbon wheels the tires gluing very strong, i don´t think that´s a problem - on pom (delrin) i´m not sure, i don´t have test it out yet...

I´ll look at silver carbon and let you know if i find some
