Default What gear do you run?

Just got in my Novak Mongoose Micro Crawler ESC/380 Brushless. What gear should I run to keep the temp down. I have stock trans gears and spur gear (for now). I ran a 12 tooth before with a motor from a mini buggy. It seemed to work well, but I'm new to the brushless set up. I plan on using 2s battery, not sure if that makes a difference.

18.5? just start with the 15t the mongoose comes with and see how you like it.
