OK time to update. I won this new one at ECC last year, also she now has the Mongoose 18.5 brushless system giving some good throttle control and power.

oh is there any EPARCC comps near Easton Pa? im thinking about comping my mrc when its done.

looks good! i run the gc3 but havnt comped with it is the mongoose motor combo good for the money?

I really like it, good control and speed. It is a worthwhile investment. Considering the options that are left out there.:evil:

Wo John! I saw ur thread an thought maybe you changed something with the little guy!.. guess not..
But why change something that works good....

The mongoose system is great, I got mine used an didn't think it had enough torque.. here it had a 16t pinion on it, switched to a 14t an watch out! Real good low end an ok top end, its not a trail truck, I guess, till the 3s go in.. then it can hop a gap pretty easy!
